We will make every effort to replace the product or issue a partial refund, depending on the situation and operational feasibility. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please review the following guidelines:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. To facilitate the process, we request you to:

  • Capture an authentic and unaltered video while unboxing the product.
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition, including all tags, components, and packaging.

2. Incorrect Product Delivery

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. Please ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

3. Package Damage During Transit

If you notice any damage or tampering to the outer packaging, we strongly advise against accepting the delivery. Instead:

  • Capture a video of the damaged package immediately.
  • Share the video with our Customer Support Team for further assistance.

Note: If you accept a damaged or tampered package, Motorbasket will not be able to process any return or refund requests for the products inside.


Non-Returnable Products

While we aim to accommodate most return requests, certain products are excluded from our return policy due to their nature. These include:

  • Mats
  • Armrests
  • Chrome Accessories
  • Perfumes, Polishes, and Cleaning Products
  • Decorative Lights
  • Imported Products

Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase, as these items are not eligible for returns or replacements unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.


Warranty Claims

For products covered under warranty, please note the following:

  • You will be required to ship the product to us for inspection.
  • Once received, we will forward the product to the supplier for repair or replacement.
  • The process may take 15-20 days, after which the product will be shipped back to you.
  • Courier charges for both sides (to and from) will be borne by the customer.

Note: Physical-use items such as mats, perfumes, and cleaning products do not come with warranties.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Motorbasket

Motorbasket reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as:

  • Unavailability of the product.
  • Delivery to a non-serviceable pincode.
  • Errors in pricing or product information.

If your order is canceled by us, you will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request order cancellations before the order is processed. However, certain product categories are non-cancellable once dispatched due to high courier charges and packing efforts. These include:

  • Customized or Made-to-Order Products
  • Products with Special Packaging

We kindly request you to review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.


How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order details, along with photos or videos of the issue.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

Note: Motorbasket is not responsible for any damage caused during the return shipping process.
